April currently serves as Director of Corporate Development at the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS), where she is responsible for shaping and driving the organisation’s commercial strategy, leading revenue growth, expanding market reach and developing new business opportunities.

April is a transformation and design leader with over a decade of experience in construction, lighting consultancy and strategic operations. Her career includes senior sales and operations roles in lighting design where she has led commercial success through international expansion, client development, service innovation, and strategic leadership.

April also sits on the Corporate Development Board for the Queen Elizabeth’s Foundation for Disabled People (QEF), supporting the charity’s mission to transform the lives of disabled people through strategic partnerships and fundraising initiatives.
